Favorite Anime Series?

I've got a few myself, most of them fall under the category of Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Code Geass Season 1, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Last Exile, Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Crescent Love, to name the ones that first come to mind, space and or scifi action drama's with a bit of romance on the side always seem to be the ones to engross me the most for some reason. So what about the rest of you, have a favorite series you'd like to share or recommend?

I loved Escaflowne , Romeo X Juliet, Innocent Venus and of course Ouran High School Host club. I dont if its just me there haven't been any good anime recently.

No honestly there hasn't only thing to really stand out for me this season was Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn episode 3. Kimi ni Todoke Season 2 is worth following though. Only thing that's catching my attention for the spring is The Money of Soul and Possibility Control

Hmm.... to be honest, I have wayyyyyy too many 'favourite animes'~ X)

The main similarity between the animes (with some as a exception), is the involvement of romance :)

Lemme see... I'll name a few favs:

- Bleach --> One of the exceptions X)

- Hakuouki ~Shinsengumi Kitan~ and Hakuouki Hekketsuroku --> If there is anyone here that hasn't watched this, and enjoys a bishies and reverse harem, I DEFINITELY recommend this one to you :) The storyline is very awesome too :))

- Kaichou wa Maid-sama --> One word... 'awesome'! :D

- Phantom ~Requiem for the phantom~ --> An anime with a 'dark' feeling to it.. definitely recommend it to those who enjoy action and assassins :)

Gaahhh... I have sooo much more! But then this post would be endless if I keep on going :P

Wow! That sure is a LONG list! I'll make sure to try out them all out. XD

I once saw a anime that made me cried like crazy! I probably cried like 10 times that day just for that few eps in season 2. I don't remember the name... but it's very good (and sad!) :D

The ones that I remember are:
- Code Geass: totally recommend! I love it!
- Death Note: I can't stand all the suspence, so I just skipped to the ending after like the 20th eps.
- Skip Beat: It's a good anime, but I like the manga.
- Kaichou wa Maid-sama: I agree with Getsuga_10shou. It's really AWESOME!
- Fairy Tale：I like fantasies so I like think anime!
- Glass Mask: Another one that I totally recommend! It's really awesome! I finished watching this anime in like 2 days (nonstop!) and on the 2nd day, I woke up early just watch it before going to school. lol

So far, those are the only ones I remember, but there are WAYYYY more! :D

Hakuouki Season 2 is reallyyyyyyyyy sad.... I dunno if it's the same one you were referring to...

I cried every single time I re-watched it... :'(

Even so, the anime itself is reallyyyyyy good~ definitely worth watching :) (if you are a reverse-harem fan, that is :))

I really liked Skip Beat, Ouran Host Club, Fruits Basket (though I would have liked it better if it followed the manga more instead of ending the way it did), and Kaze no Stigma amongst others. As for currently airing series Gosick seems interesting and Fairy Tail is still going on, but there haven't been many series catching my interest lately.

A couple of my more recent addictions have been Hanasakeru Seishounen and Yumeiro Patissiere (esp the latter). Vampire Knight and Special A were also awesome! =D

I love anime, but not as much as i love manga... i always feel that sometimes anime makers muck up the efforts made by the mangaka by adding and cutting away details that i like from a manga... Especially with big names like Bleach and Naruto.. the filling episodes are just boring..

Regardless, I do love anime.. Skip Beat and Kyou Kara Maou are my personal favorite..

I watching only One Piece and Bleach.

I prefer manga over anime, because I can imagine more :)

Even if i like shoujo manga, i prefer shounen anime!lol!

I don't have a favourite but I do like a lot of series.
Code geass, mai hime, evangelion, all 3 seasons of nanoha, kimi ni todoke, full metal alchemist brotherhood, eureka 7, gundam 00, gundam seed (didn't really like destiny that much), fruits basket and lately I've been watching older anime like sailor moon, and digimon (it actually has plot O:, I thought it was like pokemon, sitcom-ish)

Code Geass, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, and Death Note are definitely up there. Bakuman is also really, really good. Bleach isn't too bad, but it seems very bland, compared to the manga.

I'm a shoujo-lover so it has to be KWMS, Toradora, Ouran, Vamp Knight, K-ON 1&2 and... High School of the Dead. o_o I loved the gory bits. :3
